Description du film :
The girl Heidi is brought to the mountains by her Aunt Dete. Her parents are dead and Dete has a new job where she can’t take care of Heidi. So she takes her to her grandfather’s, the Alm-Öhi who lives as an anchorite, away from the near village. The people aren’t happy about leaving Heidi at the Alm-Öhi because they think of the old man as a violent person. On their way to her grandfathers hut, Heidi meets Peter the local goatherd who shows her the way and leaves her by their grandfather.
After her aunt is offered a position as a maid in Frankfurt, she takes Heidi to live with her Grandfather in the mountains. This causes quite a stir among the village folk. On the way, Heidi befriends Peter, the goat herder, before finally introducing herself to her grandfather
