Movie description:

Set in Vienna where a couple of preteen boy gangs are determined rivals. One of the gangs the Mupfers are sick of being on the losing side to their rivals, the Schmutzers. Along comes a girl, 10yo Ivonka who presents them with a chance to change their lot. She tells them about some crooks who are planning to rob a post office. It’s not long before the boys are involved and they even set out to rescue Ivonka when she is kidnapped.
