This sequel to »The Ransom of Red Chief« finds our hero, the little boy who pretends to be a legendary American Indian named Red Chief, using his powers of deception to outwit a group of con men who claim to be able to produce rain.
Eventually the villains pay to get rid of the kid and travel elsewhere with another scheme in mind. Yet, the tiny hellion is close by, happens to be visiting his uncle: the mayor of the new town the men are attempting to con. Will our little hero ruin more of their plans and leave them broke by the time the ending credits role?
This film was featured on the ABC TV children’s series »ABC Weekend Specials« which was on the air from 1977 to 1995.
