A day in the life of an eight-year-old soccer fan who has to come to terms with living in a strange new town and the loss of his father.
His name is Jonathan and he is eight. He loves football and he loves his Dad – even though they’ve never met. »Eight« was the film debut from Stephen Daldry who was previously acclaimed for his work in theatre.
