Afraid and alone, a young boy must navigate the turmoil of a broken home in order to defeat the terrifying creature that lurks in his basement.
Six year old Sam feels all alone in the world. His parents have separated, leaving his mother paralyzed by sadness and Sam desperately neglected. Jeered to tears by the class bully because of his dirty clothes, Sam has no where to turn, and no one to help fend off the terrifying laundry monster lurking in the deepest, darkest corners of his basement.
