The sexual awakening of a young boy while holidaying with his parents reveals a curious new world that is swiftly crushed by unwelcome realities.
A young boy, stuck on a weekend boating trip with his parents, is impatient to grow up ... and a little unprepared for what that might mean.
Within the confines of the holiday boat, something is changing in young Robert – but he doesn’t want his parents to notice. A complex, yet gentle look at the curiosity and bewilderment of a prepubescent boy compelled to remain in limbo just a little bit longer.
Eleven year-old Robert is on a riverboat holiday with his family, and can’t wait to grow up. Notwithstanding the curiosity that leads him to spy on the young couple on a neighbouring boat, the body-building exercises and the resourcefulness typical of youngsters of that age, one evening he will find himself witnessing an unexpected event.
