Υπόθεση:
Everything is on autopilot. A bicycle propels forward with no rider and adolescent boys make internet videos. At home, Mark’s family drifts in isolation, escaping the lazy afternoon, when real-ity circles back.
In the 13 minutes of the short »Autopilot«, teenaged Mark and his friends try to kill their boredom playing with some bicycles, riding them and jumping out of it so that the bike can move by itself until it fells or crash in something. Until here, you can say this: pretty boys do stupid things. At home, Mark’s family is »each one in their little lives« with a dad, locked in his son’s room watching porn (»I guess that was it, we can only hear some moanin.g«), and the mother trying to put things in order and all. Then, a neighbour appears complaining about Mark taking his son’s bike and crashed into a wall, and something happens and what is going to save Mark and his family from this strange? The same autopilot experiment he does with the bicycles but this time with a car. Bottom of line: sometimes stupid things are helpful when you least expect as long as you know how to use it.
