Υπόθεση:
Two misfit boys find each other, building a small cabin in the woods to create a new life. Their daily struggle for survival creates a strong bond between them until the hut is destroyed and one of the boys carted off. The former psychiatric patient is told that his friend was just a figment of his imagination, but this provokes him to fight back and prove the boy’s existence.
Martin only trusts numbers. He used to be a math genius with a bright career ahead, but then a mental breakdown shattered his life, He is committed to a psychiatric ward, looses his job and isolates himself. He feels persecuted and finds it increasingly harder to master reality with mathematics. On the edge of town, he meets a strange boy who only speaks Russian. Together, they flee into the woods, become friends and start a new life. But it’s only a question of time, until Martin’s remote haven will be discovered.
