Description du film :

Set in the late 1970s, this based on facts movie tells the story of 13-year-old Christiane, who lives with her mother and younger sister in Westberlin.
There’s a new disco in town, the ëSoundë, which is very popular with all the teenagers, but Christiane is legally too young to visit the disco. She asks one of her older girl friends to introduce her. Inside the disco, Christiane meets Detlev and his friends, who are all on drugs. Christiane, who likes Detlev a lot, want to be part of his group and, in order to fit in, starts experimenting with drugs too. It doesn’t take too long before she’s a junkie, who needs a daily fix in order to function. But it takes some depressing experiences and a lot more time before Christiane realizes there’s no future in being a drug addict and the only way to survive is to kick the habit.
