Wacky comedy cousins Chabelo and Pepito get more than they bargained for when they accept honorary positions on the local police force. Infiltrating a gang of young crooks, the boys discover a bizarre plan to enslave innocents using hypnotic toys.
Chabelo and Pepito have problems with a neighbour who is a disagreeable and grumpy old man. They have a police inspector for a friend that asks them to help him discover a gang engaged in kidnapping boys. They accept happily. They get infiltrated on the band and get to know how they trap the youngsters. The police inspector decides to take them out of this dan-gerous mission but they ask for twenty-four hours more. Chabelo and Pepito arrive at the hideout but they are seized by the delinquents. One of the blonde men frees them and tells them that the other men are delinquents from another world and that he has been sent to capture them. He instructs Chabelo and Pepito on how to reach the allied adults, the energy machine and some special collars that will help them to escape from the super powers. Our heroes chase the blonde men and defeat the invaders and their allies.
