Description du film :
Three children from Karosta (»War Port«) watch a destroyed bridge being rebuilt. The completion of the project not only means the fall of the boundary between Liepaja and the former military base of Karosta, it also heralds the beginning of a new era which will change the children’s lives.
As the children wait for summer, it remains unclear whether the bridge will be finished and whether the light of the family might be extinguished. Because, not unlike the construction of the bridge, not everything in the children’s everyday lives is going according to plan.
