For two small competing villages, Marienhagen and Altendorf, time seems finally expired; because the last »major-investor« is going to invest only in a village with an own country-medicine. That is the crux of the matter, neither in Marienhagen nor in Altendorf lives and works a doctor. One day the young medical assistant Jan from Berlin proceeds in one of the villages, both see their chance to get out of this awkward economic situation – this is the beginning of an exciting charade.
