Sinopsis:
While Mitch dates Jackie Quinn, who now runs the beach diner, homeless Matt and her daughter Summer fall in love, causing tension with his female house-mates. Hobie gets a crush on fellow junior lifeguard summer course student Lauren Taylor before her mother Mary tells Mitch that she’s only temporary in Malibu, as part of a wish foundation program for terminally ill kids. Hobie decides to treat her to a romantic trip to Lover’s Cove, but that’s a dangerous site for two kids.
