Sinopsis:
Nell leads a protest against the dumping of waste from the city, which prompts Senator Gribble to continue dumping in secret. While trying to catch Gribble in the act, Pete falls into a pool of toxic waste, which he can’t wash off, and it seems to attract all sorts of rubbish to him.
