Sinopsis:
Far away in Greenland, at the beginning of the 20th century, a young hunter is murdered leaving his son an orphan. As this boy grows up, instead of seeking revenge for his father’s murder, he sets out on the road of shamanist initiation.
Almost a century later, Matteo, an Italian boy visits Greenland with his father with whom he has a suffering and difficult relationship due to his parents’ divorce.
These two stories, apparently very distant, become entwined as if in a game played by destiny and we discover they are not as dissimilar as they appear.
In a fjord studded with icebergs on the Eastern coast of Greenland, about ninety years ago, the young father of a newborn child is treacherously murdered. Ninety years later, Nicola Cremonini, an experienced tour operator, arrives in the same fjord to organise a tourist cruise through the fjords. The story develops on two parallel threads connected with one another and alternate throughout the film until they finally meet at the end. In both stories the leading character is a boy.
