Sinopsis:
»I Not Stupid Too« is a 2006 Singaporean film and re-examines education and family relationships in Singapore. Although it has many of the same actors as the 2002 film »I Not Stupid«, most play different characters and the film is darker and should not be regarded as a sequel. A satirical comedy, »I Not Stupid Too« portrays the lives, struggles and adventures of three Singaporean youths: 15-year-old Tom, his 8-year-old brother Jerry and their 15-year-old friend Chengcai, who have a strained relationship with their parents. The film is showing the dangers of failing to communicate between parents and children.
Set in Singapore’s fast-paced society, the story follows Jerry, an eight-year-old boy and his older brother Tom, as they face the pressures of school and the demands of their rich but ever-bickering parents. Also along for the ride is Cheng Cai, who is often misunderstood by his teacher at school and his own predicament with his widower father. The film will explore generation gaps and the young getting on the wrong side of the law.
