Sinopsis:
As a boy, young Thad has headaches. When he collapses one day in front of his school bus, doctors find an unabsorbed twin in his brain and remove it. Now an adult, he is a respected author and professor, who secretly writes trash paperbacks under a pen name. When he is extorted into being exposed, he announces the information to the world – as a publicity stunt, with a public burial of his alter-ego. Now people are turning up dead – with evidence that points to him as the killer.
