Movie description:
Two Lesbians living in Belgium are bringing up their son Simon. Their lives are good and people accept their relationship. Then moves in a neighbor who upsets their lives and their son.
Simon Dancotte, a boy of roughly twelve years finds himself bullied by his neighborhood peers because his mother is a lesbian and lives with her lover. Might our hero prove himself of worth by the time the ending credits roll?
Zoé and Dan live in Brugge, Belgium, with their 12 year old son Simon. It took some time, but they are now fully integrated into the city’s society. Simon becomes swim champion and is leader of the local kids gang. Everything changes when the family of Max Berthot moves into the neighborhood, as they do not tolerate the homosexual family. Simon becomes aware of his special position.
