Movie description:
A coming-of-age story of a reluctant 13-year-old prostitute named Nathan who will do whatever it takes to feel loved. After his mother’s death from a drug overdose, Nathan hits the road in search of the father he’s never known. When he hooks up with a seemingly cold-hearted drifter named Boon Palmer, it becomes clear that Nathan is heading down the same road Boon has already travelled. For Nathan, a predictable future can be changed, and for Boon, the past can be resolved.
