The Old Man and the Sea
Movie description:
Original-DVD Based on Ernest Hemingway’s novel, this film tells the story of an old Cuban fisherman, who hasn’t caught a single fish in 84 days. Because of his bad luck, he is very poor and can’t afford anything. He is befriended by the boy Manolin, who takes care of him and sees to it that the old man gets his meals. On the 85th day the old man sets out to sea again, hoping he will catch some fish that day. And, after 12 weeks, his luck seems to have returned, for he catches a huge marlin. Or did the marlin catch him?
