Movie description:
Teen-age Jerome lives in the shadow of his basketball star father who is so wrapped up in his work that he seldom has time to spend with his family. Jerome finds a pair of sneakers during a terrible electric storm and when he tries them on, he finds he has super athletic ability while wearing them. His new found stardom soon goes to his head and he neglects his family and friends, but when he is tricked out of the magic sneakers, he realizes he must depend on his own abilities and the help of his friends and family.
