Movie description:
Orphaned boy Andrés and his best friend Maria live in one of the poorest parts of the city. Nevertheless, their hearts are full of love and happiness. Kind-hearted Sócrates has raised the boy as if he were his own son. When Andrés gets to know that Sócrates is about to become evicted, he assumes the identity of the landlord’s long lost son. The plan backfires, because the landlord wants to take the boy away from Sócrates. The friendship of Andrés and Maria threatens to break apart.
Andrés, a young orphan, and his best friend, Maria, live in one of the poorest neighbourhoods in the city. In spite of this, their lives have always been filled with love and happiness. The only family Andrés has ever known is Sócrates, a kind-hearted man who has raised the boy as if he were his own son. When Andrés learns that Sócrates is threatened with eviction, he assumes the identity of the landlord’s long lost son, intervening on his guardian’s behalf. But the plan works too well, and the landlord wants to take the child away from Sócrates. And then what will become of the beautiful friendship between Andrés and Maria?
