Movie description:
A movie about Ole Aleksander, who’s a 5 year old boy who lives with his mom, dad and dog in a five floors building in Oslo, in the 50’s.
Ollie Alexander Tiddly-Om-Pom-Pom is a boy who lives together with his mother and father and the family’s poodle, Puffin, in the tallest building in town. Ollie Alexander Tiddly-Om-Pom-Pom is not, of course, the little boy’s real name, but once, when he was very young, he heard a brass band thumping away, and imagined that the trumpets and drums were saying »tiddly-om-pom-pom, tiddly-om-pom-pom« to him per-sonally, where after he insisted on being called »Ollie Alexander Tiddly-om-pom-pom«.
This film is based on a selection of stories about Ollie Alexander by one of Norway’s most popular writers of children’s books, Anne-Catharina Vestly.
