Movie description:
The third movie about the Krumborg family. Still living in their old house, Mom is one day hit by an instant urge to varnish the floors. I order to save money, Dad gets some old varnish from the old handyman, Svendsen – and a tent – enabling the family to spend the night camping in the garden. Svendsen just forgets to mention how old the varnish is and that the tent has seen better days. The varnish doesn’t dry and the tent is full of holes. What does a clever man do now? Dad decides to borrow their old apartment above the mean Mrs. Olsen’s – and since he promised the kids a camping holiday – they put up a tent in the apartment. Mrs. Olsen’s twin sister was actually planning to move into the apartment above her sister’s, but but changes her mind after meeting the Krumborg family. The crooks, Boris and Ivan, have escaped prison and are planning to rob all the appartments in the building. This is supposed to take place when crumb and his class mates are playing soccer. Crumb doesn’t really want to play, but changes his mind, when he realises that Yrsa now and then prefers Hans, because he is a better soccer player. In the meantime Stine’s boyfriend Per returns from France with a funny accent and peculiar cigarettes with a strange smell. At the same time, Grunk has invited the entire kindergarten to a birthday party – without telling anyone else.
