Movie description:
In this great interpretation of Erich Kästner’s book »Das fliegende Klassenzimmer« Jonathan Trotz is sent to a home for boys, where he soon befriends his schoolmates. Die Neuverfilmung ist gelungen, wie bei allen Neuverfilmungen von Erich Kästners Meisterwerken.
Aber an den Film aus den siebziger Jahren kommt diese Verfilmung nicht heran, besonders weil dort noch Joachim Fuchsberger als Direktor zum Zug kommt.
